1. Service Description

I Ching AI provides AI-generated interpretations of the I Ching (Book of Changes) for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only. Our readings are produced by an AI model trained on classical Chinese texts and are not professional, medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this service. By using I Ching AI, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3. Pricing & Payment

I Ching AI offers three pricing options:

• Single Reading — $1.99 USD one-time payment for one complete AI reading.
• Monthly Pass — $4.99 USD/month auto-renewing subscription for unlimited readings. Cancel anytime.
• Yearly Pass — $29.99 USD/year auto-renewing subscription for unlimited readings. Cancel anytime.

Payment is processed securely through Creem. All prices are in US Dollars. Monthly and Yearly passes are auto-renewing subscriptions managed by Creem.

By initiating a payment, you agree that one-time reading charges are non-refundable once the AI reading has been generated. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through Creem's customer portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Submit questions that are abusive, harassing, or designed to probe the AI system.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the service.

5. Intellectual Property

The I Ching AI website, its design, code, and branding are owned by us. AI-generated reading content is provided for your personal use. You may share individual readings via the built-in share card feature, but you may not resell or redistribute readings commercially.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any AI-generated reading. I Ching AI readings are generated by machine learning models and may contain errors or nonsensical content.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I Ching AI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including decisions made based on AI-generated readings.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
